Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been through it all and some. They dated in 2002, got engaged in 2003, broke up in 2004, got back together in 2021 and married in 2022 – finally calling it a day in 2024 – after only 2 years back together.

The high-profile divorce is still looming over the pair as their $68 million marital home is still to be sold, despite being privately listed in May 2024 and publicly listed in June 2024, with no one interested in buying the former couple’s love nest.

They had hoped for a quick sale to end the financials of their divorce hanging over them.

J-Lo is still in the 12 bedroom “mega-mansion” property while Affleck has relocated to a flat in nearby Brentwood.

Lopez was the one who filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” in her petition. She also asked the court to change her legal name from Affleck back to Lopez.

Her date of filing was poignant, as it marked the two-year anniversary of their nuptials at Affleck’s estate outside of Savannah, Georgia on August 20, 2022.

The couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot –  meaning they are due to split their assets from the marital home – if and when it can be sold.

Their looming divorce marks Jennifer’s fourth failed marriage and Ben’s second.
