Formula 1 racing driver, Uncle Alan Charles, a close friend of the Marbella Rocks team, has finallygiven away the recipe for his top secret, crudely named Leg Openers cocktails. Famous from the Grand Prix Circuit of the 1970’s these highly potent but delicious cocktails can be attributed to the baby boom of his era.
Serve in a frosted champagne flute. Tip glass upside down and cover rim with sugar.
Next place in the flute in this order:
1 sugar lump
3 drops of Angostura Bitter
25ml of brandy (or 50ml for those
that like a stronger taste)
Topped up with champagne
Garnish with a raspberry
