French fashion house, Balmain, has always been at the cutting-edge of fashion and this latest collection from creative director Olivier Rousteing – marking 10 years at the helm – is no different.
Cool cut-outs and oversized gold detailing make this a Spring/Summer 2022 Collection for women to be noticed.
Rousteing, who joined Balmain aged 25 in 2011, said “this is my most personal presentation to date,” recalling life events such as a fire he was involved in as inspiration for the red dress and the dusty pink bandage dress, as worn by Lara Stone in this shoot.
He called upon iconic fashion photographers, Mert & Marcus, to shoot the all-star fashion campaign featuring the aforementioned Stone, Naomi Campbell, Adut Akech and Carla Bruni among others.
