Adele is back with her fourth studio album and the singer has one message on her mind with this one: “Divorce babe, divorce!” as she told one fan during her recent Instagram Live session.
It has been a tumultuous year for the singer where she finalised her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki back in January this year.
Always writing from the heart, this new album will be true to Adele form.
The “Easy on Me” music video premiered on You Tube in tandem with the single’s drop on October 14th and as expected – it is as moving and tear-jerking as we imagined.
A sombre track, Adele sings with passion about forgiveness over her innocent past mistakes as she reflects on her failed marriage to Konecki.
She describes the album, three years in the making, as her “ride or die through the most turbulent period of my life.”
We love Adele and seriously cannot wait for the album release scheduled for November 19th.
She is also appearing on Oprah with a televised special five days ahead of the album release day on Sunday November 14th called ‘Adele One Night Only.’ We hope this trounces the Meghan and Harry interview!
