Food lovers can also look forward to the launch of a brand-new Spring\/Summer menu on 19th March, showcasing seasonal produce, lighter flavours and fresh, contemporary dishes that perfectly capture the spirit of the warmer months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beyond the refurbishment, The Black Swan is set to become a vibrant hub for events throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A curated calendar includes regular classic car meets, newly introduced Monday quiz nights, and a series of themed tasting experiences \u2013 from indulgent steak nights and seafood paired with champagne, to immersive cocktail masterclasses.
