There is indeed something for everyone on their impressive Latino-inspired menu.<\/p>\n On the advice of our helpful waitress, Christy, we went for the \u2018Chicken Anticucho\u2019 which consisted of flamegrilled skewers of the tastiest and most succulent Chicken thigh with a spicy Chalaquito and Chilli Sauce accompaniment. Totally devine.<\/p>\n With various different \u2018Ceviche\u2019 on offer we went for the \u2018Sea Bass Ceviche\u2019 which was made with Sea Bass flakes, Aji Amarillo Limo Tiger\u2019s Milk, Sweet Potato, Avocado, Mango and Pomegranate. So fresh, healthy and light \u2013 this colourful dish is a great dining option for those that are filling up on Champagne & Cocktails, as it\u2019s less than 350 calories a portion.<\/p>\n With 6 different Tacos to choose from including \u2018Conchinta Pork\u2019, \u2018Barbacoa Beef\u2019, \u2018Halloumi Al Pastor\u2019, \u2018Ancho Mushroom\u2019 and \u2018Tinga Do Pollo\u2019 \u2013 the Tempura Cod option of \u2018Baja Fish\u2019 enticed us the most with its Salsa Tartare and Cilantro sauce. It did not disappoint. The cubed Cod Portion was large and the encasing Tempura Batter was both fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. This was perfectly offset with the tanginess of the Tartare and Cilantro Dressings and delicious Wholewheat Taco. A winning dish in our opinion.<\/p>\n We also opted for the side of \u2018Crispy Baby Roast Potatoes\u2019 served on a bed of Sweet Potato\/Uchucuta. It was presented beautifully and had just the right amount of crisp on the cute mini baby potatoes.<\/p>\n The \u2018Braised Short Rib Bao Buns\u2019 and \u2018Prawn Dim Sum\u2019 on the neighbouring table looked to die for too. Next time for sure!!<\/p>\n And for Dessert\/Postres we couldn\u2019t resist the famous \u2018Bosco Churros\u2019 \u2013 the Classic Mexican Dessert was everything we had hoped for\u2026Mini Sweet Doughnut yumminess, perfectly fried with no greasiness, served with the most delicious Hot Chocolate Sauce.<\/p>\n Although we didn\u2019t get to sample the full Dessert menu, the enticing \u2018Dulce De Leche Tart\u2019 served with Pistachio Ice-Cream and \u2018The Chocolate Turron\u2019 served with Caramelised Pecans & Chocolate Ice-Cream will be next on our hit list.
