The tour includes a guided tasting of Silent Pool Gin, the Silent Pool Gin Expressions range and a selection of the distillery\u2019s small batch spirits. SILENT POOL GIN BEE\u2019S KNEES COCKTAIL<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This timeless classic was originally created in the 1920s and is the perfect serve for Silent Pool Gin. It has just three ingredients – gin, zesty lemon juice and rich, sweet honey. It\u2019s very easy to make – and delicious! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

50ml Silent Pool Gin<\/span>
\n<\/span>25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice<\/span>
\n<\/span>20ml Honey Water<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Method<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake it vigorously for 8 to 12 seconds then strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with lemon peel to serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How to make Honey Water<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Simply combine 1\/2 cup of honey and 1\/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Warm over a medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. The Honey Water will keep, refrigerated, for up to a month.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
