I’m fit to burst with excitement for what this year has to bring and if<\/div>\n
you are single or looking to regain the spark in your relationship I<\/div>\n
have you covered.<\/div>\n
I have a month by month run down, check list if you will, a plan, that<\/div>\n
will help you have the best year yet.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU (January – March)<\/div>\n
This is time for reflecting, goal setting, creating small everyday<\/div>\n
habits that will compound throughout the year.<\/div>\n
Delete all dating apps – you don’t need them you need to work on<\/div>\n
yourself. Have a proper break. Delete delete delete.<\/div>\n
Commit to working out 3 times a week.<\/div>\n
Commit to drinking at least 1-2 litres of water a day<\/div>\n
Commit to having only 1 takeaway a week<\/div>\n
Commit to journaling \/ meditating at least once a week<\/div>\n
Write down your list of 5 non-negotiables that are deal breakers for<\/div>\n
someone you date.<\/div>\n
If you’re in a relationship – write down your 5 relationship goals you<\/div>\n
want you and your partner to hit this year.<\/div>\n
These small changes are reasonable to stick to long term and if you are<\/div>\n
disciplined, by this time next year you will be so proud, happy and<\/div>\n
healthy in all aspects of your life.<\/div>\n

SPRING IS SPRINGING (April – June)<\/div>\n
Life is back, the flowers are starting to bloom and the light is back in<\/div>\n
life. By now you will be feeling fabulous and confident on the inside<\/div>\n
and may be noticing some positive changes on the outside if you have<\/div>\n
committed to the last 3 months of the self-improvement work listed<\/div>\n
above.<\/div>\n
These months are about dipping your toe back into dating so you need to<\/div>\n
get ready on the outside. Or getting ready to seduce your partner all<\/div>\n
over again and bring that spark back.<\/div>\n
Go buy a new date night outfit. It will work wonders for your confidence<\/div>\n
and you need an excuse to wear it out, right?<\/div>\n
Spring clean your house (or invest in paying someone to come do it.)<\/div>\n
Energy in houses can get stale and a good deep clean will set you up for<\/div>\n
an amazing year ahead.<\/div>\n
If you are doing it alone tackle a room a day \/ week \/ weekend. Move the<\/div>\n
furniture, get in the nooks and crannies. You will feel AMAZING when you<\/div>\n
have finished (even if the kids mess it up 5 minutes later!)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Get a professional car detail. I bought my dream car last year and got<\/div>\n
introduced to car detailing through Dean at D83 Detailing who cover the<\/div>\n
whole of Surrey.<\/div>\n
He spent a good 5 hours on my car and it was showroom quality, actually<\/div>\n
in better shape than when the car company delivered it.<\/div>\n
There is something about driving a sparkling clean car that gives you a<\/div>\n
real boost.<\/div>\n
Now is the time to get back on the apps. With fresh eyes and a new<\/div>\n
confidence you may have a whole new experience.<\/div>\n
Get out there, start booking nights out with your single friends and if<\/div>\n
you are in a relationship – start booking in regular date nights into<\/div>\n
the diary.<\/div>\n
No phones, no kid talk, just chat like the olden days.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
SUMMER LOVING (July- September)<\/div>\n
Yay summer is here. Nights are lighter, mornings are warmer and<\/div>\n
brighter. Things are feeling great. You will be looking and feeling the<\/div>\n
best you have in years if you are being consistent with your<\/div>\n
commitments.<\/div>\n
Now we double down on dating.<\/div>\n
Spend as much time as possible out the house. Call in the village to<\/div>\n
help with the kids, find a local babysitter, whatever it takes so you<\/div>\n
can free up some time to go on your app dates but also go out and meet<\/div>\n
people in real life. If the apps aren’t working go back to old school<\/div>\n
and go meet people out in bars, restaurants and activities.<\/div>\n
If you are in a relationship book a holiday. Even if it’s for next year,<\/div>\n
having something to look forward to and get excited about is an easy way<\/div>\n
to keep the spark alive.<\/div>\n

CUFFING SEASON (October \u2013 December)<\/div>\n
By now you are looking great, feeling fabulous and hopefully snagged a<\/div>\n
partner or brought the spark back in your relationship. Now is time to<\/div>\n
reap the rewards. Cuddles, fires, roast dinners, cosy pubs. Movie nights<\/div>\n
are firmly back in.<\/div>\n
And hopefully some time for reflection. You have so much to be proud of.<\/div>\n
You have come so far in just a few months with just a few changes and<\/div>\n
yet your life is completely different. Remember small daily habits lead<\/div>\n
to the biggest change.<\/div>\n
