We swear there were bouts of snow during his Week 1 showcase \u2013 shot on a freezing football pitch in Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>Bez, whose real name is Mark Berry, tries really hard throughout and his enthusiasm is palpable. You really want to try the leg kicks, shoulder lifts and sit ups which are timed at 30 seconds each with multiple repetitions. Future episodes will contain yoga and other activities apparently.<\/p>\n<p>As he is not a natural fitness enthusiast &#8216;Buzzing with Bez&#8217; is hilarious to watch &#8211; so those that like to be entertained during their workouts will love this.<\/p>\n<p>The Mancunian even admits during his video tutorial introduction, in the first lockdown he passed the time \u201ceating cake\u201d, the second lockdown &#8220;I can\u2019t even remember&#8221; so the third he wants to make right and get fit.<\/p>\n<p>Great for those with beginner fitness levels.<\/p>\n<p>However, intermediate and fitness pros be warned &#8211; the videos are only 15 minutes &#8211; so not really for you, unless you need a refreshing, funny warm up.<\/p>\n<p>Bez is putting the E back in PE.
