The venue will be open from 8pm till 2am every Friday and Saturday night in Winter. A perfect after dinner venue for those looking for a lively, sleek, modern setting to party. The opening marks the third and final phase of Fuel\u2019s launch plan. Last summer the restaurant launched its Michelin star inspired menu with Heston Blumenthal chef, Clive Dixon, at the helm and Prinks Bar was inaugurated shortly after as a pre-dinner cocktail bar.
