BBC presenter Sally James couldn\u2019t continue as she fought back the tears as the interview progressed.<\/p>\n<p>Deborah has now raised over \u00a3900,000 for Cancer Research through her Go Fund Me page and charity Bowel Babe.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to her fans, the mum-of-two said she was \u201cgutted to not have more life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her voice trembling, she said: &#8220;I&#8217;m scared about what might happen but it is what it is, I&#8217;ve had five years to prepare but you never really prepare &#8211; you always want more.
