Founded by lawyer-turned-entrepreneur Sonica Beckmann, House of Kind is a British womenswear brand that blends affordable luxury with genuine purpose. Launched in November 2024, the brand was soon featured in leading fashion publications and worn by influencers and celebrities for its elegant and meaningful approach to contemporary womenswear, before making its official debut at London Fashion Week in September 2025.

House of Kind began as a challenge to the Old Boys’ Club, reimagining power dressing for women on their own terms. Today, it stands for something broader. The brand is a reminder to be kind, to act with empathy and to recognise that we are all of the same kind. Each piece carries visible symbols of solidarity and allyship: buttons shaped like the scales of justice for equal rights and equal pay, a purple heart on the sleeve for kindness, and the registered mantra Kindness is Our Superpower® stitched into every lining.

House of Kind recently signed with Scott Henshall, former Creative Director of Mulberry and one of Britain’s most recognisable designers, to support its creative growth and international expansion. Its collections are available in local Surrey boutiques and at Wolf & Badger Soho, London, with a New York launch to follow.

Through partnerships with Women for Women International, 50:50 Parliament, Dress for Success Greater London and Stonewall UK, House of Kind fights for equality and uses fashion as a force for good. Its Seat at the Table T-shirt, created in collaboration with 50:50 Parliament, donates 50% of sales to support gender equality in British politics and as a reminder that women need to be in all spaces where decisions are made.
