LETS TALK ABOUT LIGHT<\/p>\n

Contouring a technique traditionally used on photo shoots and runway models is now becoming part of the everyday woman\u2019s make-up ritual. Here are the 5 steps of contouring – a series of in depth how-to tips for those of us who were not blessed with naturally chiseled cheekbones and a structured jawline!<\/p>\n

1<\/span>. Start with cleansed\/moisturised skin. Always use a moisturiser and primer designed for your skin type. I recommend Cr\u00e8me De La Mer Regeneration Intense for after cleansing and MAC Prep and Prime-Skin Base Visage (30ml) \u20ac30. This primer is built with special effect silicones, soothes the skin, blots away excess oils and evens out skin redness.<\/p>\n

2<\/span>. Secondly choose two foundations. Remember to use one that is the exact shade of your skin concentrating it in the center of where the most coverage is required, gently blend it in with a foundation brush, I recommend Chanel foundation brush 6 Pinceau Fond de Teint \u20ac45. Never rub the foundation in by hand the natural oils from our hands will contribute to ruining the desired effect.<\/p>\n

3<\/span>.\u00a0After your fou\"anIYQzgP2BA0xfJ8gVyD__BsDdcA0A74x984pGOJq1k\"ndation application introduce a concealer to cover blemishes and dark pigmentation around the eye area, always use a clean brush with application and remember do not apply concealer right up to your lower lashes as this will make your eyes appear smaller and the dark under eye circles even darker. I recommend using MAC Studio Finish Concealer with a SPF 35 \u20ac18.<\/p>\n

4.<\/span>Contouring and highlighting; remember there is a difference. Highlighting enhances your high points whereas contouring is to darken and create bone structure. For the best result apply highlighter on your chin, under your eyes and forehead. I recommend MAC Prep and Prime highlighter \u20ac25. Cheeks, above eyelids and jawline are to be contoured with a foundation or concealer a shade darker than your foundation base. I recommend studio fix fluid SPF 15 \u20ac27.<\/p>\n
