Create a mindful cocktail this summer to win \u00a31000 and have your cocktail featured at Ascot Bars.<\/p>\n<p>As the last year has been so tough for the hospitality sector, Harrogate Water &#8211; in association with La Maison Wellness founder Camille Vidal &#8211; are launching a competition to inspire bartenders, mixologists and cocktail lovers to get their creative juices flowing by creating delicious drinks using Harrogate Spring Water.<\/p>\n<p>The low and no market is booming and Harrogate want to reward one lucky winner who can tap into this exciting and tasty category. You can use syrups, waters and fruit as well as non-alcoholic spirits or small 25ml measures of regular spirits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Prize:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have your cocktail sold at Bit and Bridle and the Juniper Gin Terrace, plus all the Fine Dining Restaurants at Ascot Racecourse. Ascot will host your recipe card online and promote your serve at the venue. We\u2019re looking for something unique and creative. This could be a twist on a classic or something totally new that you\u2019ve mixed together! Using ice is a great way of lengthening your drink and it maximises hydration too! We love highballs, large gin and wine glasses or perhaps a champagne flute. Don\u2019t forget to think about garnishes! You could get playful with fruit, herbs or even dried flowers.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>NB:<\/strong>\u00a0We will honour the final winning recipe as much as possible, but there may be minor tweaks to ensure it\u2019s replicable for the cocktail bars at Ascot Racecourse and brands may be switched in line with official partners.<\/h6>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/www.harrogatespring.com\/minfulmixologyterms\/\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for the terms and conditions.
