Al fresco dining gets the Beaverbrook treatment this September with the hotel’s Reach for The Sky experience extended until October 4th. Starring a mini fleet of six jaunty, ruby-and-pink-striped hot-air balloons, Reach for the Sky gives guests the rare chance to dine in their very own balloon, reassuringly grounded amid the peaceful Italian Gardens. Guests with vertigo need not fear: the wicker-and-wood balloons won’t budge an inch, but delicious cuisine courtesy of ex-Noma chef, Wojciech Popow, will send satisfaction levels sky-high.
