Jolie and Pitt have secretly married in a quaint chapel nestled in the south of France. It has been intimately revealed that Brad ‘gasped’ when he first saw his bride wearing her floor-length gown embroidered with antique lace and silk.
Before the wedding, the ‘Maleficent’ star obtained a marriage license in California from the same judge who conducted the long awaited ceremony. The date was perfectly planned to commemorate the ten year anniversary of the film Mr and Mrs Smith, where the couple famously met and fell in love.
All their children were in attendance, including Zahara and Vivienne who reportedly threw petals as the beautiful actress made her way down the aisle. Accompanying the flower girls were Shiloh and Knox who served as the ring bearers. The wedding rings they chose are believed to be designed by their close friend Robert Procop, who also designed Angelina’s stunning engagement ring, an estimated 16-carat, emerald-cut diamond and worth approximately $500,000.
However, an exotic honeymoon location wasn’t on the cards for the couple, as they returned to work shortly after saying ‘I do’. Currently starring together in the film ‘By the Sea’, the couple are reportedly reigniting the passion they once felt when they first worked together ten years ago. The plotline has yet to be revealed, but what is for sure is that the couple are yet again playing husband and wife in the flick, which is being released in 2016.
Since the news has been announced, celebrities from all over have flooded social media congratulating the pair. Pat O’Brien shared: “Congrats to Brad and Angelina. Two of the nicest people in Hollywood.”’ George Clooney also said, ‘How great is that?!! I’m really happy for Brad and Angie and their whole family.”
It appears that Brad’s ‘psychic’ Ron Bard, has been proved wrong after publicly stating “I think Angelina is a clever girl, she’s boxed him in but he doesn’t care about that because I think he loves the children more than the relationship.” Wonder who’s having the last laugh?
