The Royal Family got their own ‘mini victory’ against Meghan and Harry at their recent outing to Westminster Abbey for a Christmas Carol service by almost every attendee choosing to wear burgundy clothing.
Not that exciting we hear you say? BUT…it has never been known for the Royals to follow a dress or colour protocol. Ever. But literally days after the Netflix documentary ‘Harry & Meghan’ aired the first royal public engagement saw almost all of the Royal Family wear the same burgundy colour – making a direct snub to Meghan’s pleas of ‘not being allowed to wear colour’.
Ties, dresses, jackets… William, Kate, Princess Charlotte, Prince George, Pippa Middleton, Mike Tindall, Zara Tindall and their kids wore the colour on their recent outing.
In the multi-million pound Netflix documentary ‘victim’ Meghan proclaimed she was forced to wear ‘beige’ during her royal visits and not allowed to wear colour so as not to overshadow the Queen.
The Royals remained tight lipped on the recent ‘Harry & Meghan’ documentary refusing to comment on accusations of ‘racism’ and ‘bullying’ within the Royal family. However, this shade really spoke volumes alongside their dignified silence!
