If you are after a delicious lunch or dinner eat the Spanish way with the finest tapas at Petit Sea Grill, now open inside the impressive Puente Romano resort.
ON ARRIVAL
Situated right on the beach and located in the famous Puente Romano 5* resort, the Sea Grill Restaurant, offers a five star dining experience like know other. On arrival you will be taken aback by the magnificent setting and breathtaking views, the glass walls allow for unrestricted views of the seascape and the outside decking provides stunning views of La Concha.
And if the views were not enough you will be wowed by the impressive décor designed by acclaimed British interior designer Andrew Martin. From the moment you walk into the Sea Grill you know you are in for a treat, everything looks impeccable. We were greeted with a smile by the most hospitable waiter in Marbella, Rafel Jesus, who also recommended all of our dishes, locally sourced by the best suppliers, to provide us with an impressive menu which includes some of the most exotic fish and seafood found in the world, this certainly is fine dining at it’s best.

TRIED AND TESTED
TO START
For our appetisers Rafel brought an array of six dishes, all presented to the highest standard and served with just the right amount of time in between to enjoy. Talk about a tastebud explosion. The Liquid Iberian Ham Croquettes literally melted in your mouth. The Wagyu Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce with Celeraic Mousseline was cooked to perfection and just the right amount for an appetiser.
The Fried Albino Prawns with Onion and Fried Egg was the perfect combination to provide a surprising treat. The 100% Iberian Acorn Ham with Crystal Crisp Bread and Greeted Tomato was light, succulent and just what you would expect from a 5* Andalusian Restaurant. For the Gazpacho lovers the Andalus ‘Gazpacho’ with Avocado and Tuna Tataki was just to die for and the Hot Pot of the day Fish Soup combining different fish, muscles and vegetables was just divine. This was by far the best set of appetisers one has ever tasted and although it seems a lot each dish was portioned to perfection, leaving us room to enjoy our mains and dessert.
MAIN COURSE
When Rafel brought out our Fine de Claire N01 Oysters with Mignonette Sauce, we were in for a real treat, cooked to perfection, presented immaculately and the perfect size to give your partner a romantic gesture, I would recommend the oysters for anyone wanting to impress their date. Leading us onto the succulent Snow Crab Cocktail with Passion Fruit and Honey Mustard Sauce and then the piste de resistance of our freshly cooked, cleaned and ready to eat Half a Lobster, was succulent and fresh – one of, if not the best lobster we have ever tasted. Full marks here.
DESSERT
For our dessert we had a delightful creamy Creme Brulee with the freshest Red Fruits Compote and assortment of delicious Andalusian Pastry. As meals go this has got to be one of the finest provided on the coast and the perfect setting for a first date, anniversary, birthday or special occasion.
Sea Grill and Petit Sea Grill are also open every day for a salad and sea food lunch buffet at 1pm until 16.30pm and for dinner 19.30 until midnight with live music on weekends, Marbella Rocks highly recommends The Sea Grill, it’s divine new tapas offering and the Puente Romano in general for the perfect indulgence. This is definitely Marbella at its best, oh we are spoilt.
