WHAT’S TRENDING: #POLKADOTS
From the iconic Marilyn Monroe to supermodel Kate Moss and actress Marian Cotillard, the world’s most famous women have adorned the cutesy print at one time or another.
Fast forward to September 2017 and the print has been reworked as part of the 80’s revival that has shown frills and bardot sleeves come to the forefront of fashion this Summer. So how do you wear the print so you channel Moss and less Minnie Mouse? The key is not to overdo mixtures of the print and keep to one size in key colour ways namely black and white, red and white or navy blue and white like the Duchess of Cambridge at Wimbledon. Keep accessories plain and minimalistic – the polka dot print says it all.
