LORD OF THE ‘TECH’ RINGS

Finnish wearable tech company Oura have released the latest version of their Oura, the smart ring for your finger that measure sleep, heart rate, stress and fitness levels.

The new Oura 4 is continually collecting data on over 20 biometrics that directly impact your health and well-being, both day and night. Priced at £349, Oura 4 differs from its Oura Ring Gen 3 predecessor by having a full titanium exterior and interior, a 0.3mm sensor (from its previous raised 1.3mm sensor) accuracy is powered by Smart Sensing that dynamically selects the optimal signal path and the new battery life is 8 days from 7 days. You can now choose from 11 different ring sizes too.

As Oura evolves, they remain rooted in Nordic wellness principles – that a healthy life is not one of extremes but one of balance. In a time of more stress and more hustle, Oura helps you tune in to what matters to create lifelong, sustainable wellbeing.

What’s more if you order from Amazon they send a plastic ring size kit – so you can get the exact Oura 4 from their 11 sizes.
