The newly refurbished Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten Free cafe Farmacy celebrated the Iranian new year or Nowruz (new day – as it is called in Persian) on 20th of March. Owner Roia Jabari created a special table spread for the Nowruz with 7 items that represent important Persian culture. They prepared a 3 day special rice, salmon, stuffed fish, salads, vegan fish, lots of wine and typical sweets. With lots of dancing and happy guests it was a great celebration of culture and prosperity.
