How did the party start?

Sintillate was launched in 1999 in Chelsea, London and quickly expanded across the UK and beyond, reaching Marbella back in 2003. At the time Marbella wasn’t particularly seen as a party destination but that all changed when Sintillate brought our loyal party following to town, putting Marbella, as we know it today, on the map!

Why is your party the one to go to?

We have been at the forefront of the party scene in the UK for the past 15 years and there are not many people who haven’t attended one of our parties over that period! Our attention to detail, our music policy and our ability to create the best atmosphere along with our partnerships with the best venues, all ensure our clientele keep on coming back!

Who are your celebrity attendees?

Our parties have attracted the ‘Who’s who’ of the celebrity world from modern pop royalty like Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, One Direction, The Wanted and Little Mix to the likes of Westlife, 5IVE, N’Sync and Backstreet Boyz. Pink and Sugababes have joined us for our live music nights and there’s not many a soap star or sports personality that hasn’t joined us!

Most desired celebrity attendee?

For me, Bruce Springsteen!

What’s everyone wearing?

Sintillate guests have always been very stylish! The Sunday Times Style supplement even once mentioned our guests style as defining an era, alongside the likes of Studio 54 etc. This year what’s of particular note is the popularity of tailored shorts for men!

What’s everyone drinking?

King Peter Vodka recently won the Worlds Best tasting vodka award in San Francisco and has made a big impact in Marbella!

What’s your summer anthem/most likely to hear?

Do you hold after parties?

All of our parties go on until very late in Marbella!

Why Marbella?

We first considered Marbella as a destination in 2002 when so many of our London following seemed to holiday there and have properties in the area. That decision alone has totally transformed Marbella and has been responsible for bringing millions of euros to the Marbellan economy each Summer and has placed Marbella firmly on the World map as a party destination!
