BREAKING THE BLACK TIE RULES
Black Tie as a dress code doesn’t actually mean you have to stick to a boring black tuxedo choice these days, as these male ‘rule breaking’ celebrities proved in spades at the GQ Men of the Year Awards.
Amongst the best dressed list was the likes of Tine Tempah with a burgundy textured print number and Hector Bellerin’s Alexander McQueen paisley offering was also a real head turner. Eric Underwood braved the event in a head to toe grey tux from Brunello Cucinelli looking dapper and non-conventional with black go faster stripes panelled on the trousers and a black shirt and bow tie. However, the biggest red carpet risk taker was Jared Leto, who wore a red checked Gucci suit – complete with embroidery on the collar, white Gucci socks and loafers. Rather than get a grilling all the celebs have been praised in the Best Dressed Lists far and wide for their gumption and style choices. So with awards season firmly in swing, why don’t you take a leaf out of their books and dare to be different on the red carpet at the Marbella Awards 2017.
